Partner terms summary
A plain-language summary. The signed Partner Agreement you accept at signup is the governing document.
1. Eligibility
Individuals aged 18 or above, or registered businesses, in India, with valid PAN and a bank account in the partner's own name. KYC must be completed before a referral link is activated.
2. No fees
There is no joining, registration or renewal fee, and no mandatory purchase of products.
3. How commission is earned
Commission is calculated only on subscription payments received from customers for paid ViewCardX plans. No commission is paid for recruiting partners, for free plan signups, or on physical products.
4. Levels and eligibility
Commission is paid across up to five levels at the rates shown on the partner program page. Levels 2 to 5 unlock based on the partner's own number of active paid customers. A partner must have at least one active paid customer in a month to receive level 2 to 5 commission; otherwise that share passes to the next eligible partner above.
5. Payouts, holds and reversals
Commissions are held for 30 days, then paid monthly once the balance reaches the minimum payout. Commission stops when a customer cancels and is reversed if a payment is refunded. TDS is deducted as applicable.
6. Ranks and bonuses
Rank bonuses are one-time, paid after the rank is held for two consecutive months, and are reviewed quarterly.
7. Conduct
Partners must not make income guarantees, describe the program as an investment, misrepresent product features or offer unapproved prices. Violations can lead to suspension, termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
8. Changes
ViewCardX may update commission rates, criteria and rewards with prior notice to partners.
9. Grievances
